RADICORE v1.6.0 released

This version contains a few functionality changes.

This version contains the following updates and fixes:

• amended files include.xml.php4/5.inc so that function setCSSfiles() uses $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'] instead of $_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'] to fix this problem
• added a "logout (all)" option to the menu bar
• updated Menu Control Data to include shutdown periods during which the system will be inaccessible.
